How to survive a long distance flight?

Flying is not my most favorite part of traveling. Sitting in a chair for hours isn’t the most fun thing to do and besides that I get (travel) sick really easily. To make a flight more comfortable I try to be as active as possible. That doesn’t mean I’m going to jog in the airplane, but I’m always trying to move around and do different things during a flight. Just sitting and waiting makes a flight a lot harder, so I have some tips for you to survive a long distance flight. I use those tips too, so I know they work!
